Step 1 — The Composer

Step 2 — Blueprint and draft
Review the chapter spine and promise thread before the manuscript begins. The engine then builds each chapter from that validated foundation, carrying forward story rules, reader knowledge, and author-mandated moments.
Step 3 — Editor's Chair
Read and edit the prose directly, inspect continuity and reader promises, compare suggested rewrites, and approve each chapter on your terms. When the manuscript is ready, export the KDP package and publish on your timeline.

The Editor's Chair
A manuscript workbench for making informed decisions: prose in the center, chapter progress on the left, and continuity and reader-state evidence on the right.
Open failures and the chapter QA checklist hold approval until you have reviewed the issues. Apply a fix, edit manually, or dismiss a false positive — the judgment stays yours.
